White pepper is perfectly suited to chicken or other meat, cooked with fish, light sauces. Suitable for soups, seafood, but due to its sharpness should be used in moderation. Although the flavors of white pepper are less, their sharpness is long-lasting and has a fruity aftertaste.

What is white pepper?


Black, white or green peppers – all of them are stone fruits of the same plant (berries). Peppers get the name by color – how much it is ripe and how to process it. From the almost ripe peppermint, after removing the hide, a white cream-colored core remains. The kernel is dried and becomes a white pepper with a very sharp and rich aroma. There is a good myth that white pepper is milder than black – but that’s not true. The black pepper coat softens the taste, and white pepper does not already have this hide.
White pepper has all the sharpness of the black currant pepper, but it is not that fragrant.
