Provence lavender


Lavender has a strong aroma and a bit warm taste. You can combine them with spices such as caraway, mint, melissa, thyme, sage. Lavender blossoms provide a special spice for dishes, but they should be consumed in very small quantities. Used in sauces, fish soups, in the making of raw butter, vinegar, vegetable dishes, mushrooms, vegetables.
